Action camera manufacturer GoPro has entered into a partnership with AMA Pro Racing, becoming the official action camera partner of the Progressive American Flat Track series. The collaboration aims to integrate GoPro technology into the fabric of the dirt track championship, enhancing the viewing experience across broadcast and digital channels.

Under the terms of the deal, GoPro cameras will be utilized to capture on-board footage and behind-the-scenes content. This integration is intended to provide fans with immersive perspectives of the riders and motorcycles, highlighting the speed and intensity unique to flat track racing. The content will be distributed across the series’ broadcast, digital, and social media platforms.

Gene Crouch, CEO of AMA Pro Racing, emphasized the alignment between the two brands, noting that the sport offers specific viewing angles that differ from other forms of motorsport. The partnership is expected to expand the narrative storytelling capabilities of the championship by bringing viewers closer to the action on the dirt ovals.
