As the high school football season approaches, USA TODAY Sports has unveiled its preseason All-USA teams for the Southwest Region. The selection covers a six-state area including Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas, with the Lone Star State predictably dominating the roster due to its deep talent pool.

This regional recognition accompanies the release of the outlet’s Super 15 regional rankings and Super 25 national rankings. The list showcases several elite prospects, including Jalen Brewster, a defensive lineman from Cedar Hill, Texas, who currently holds the No. 1 overall ranking on the 247Sports Composite for the class of 2027. The roster also features standout running backs SaRod Baker and Landen Williams-Callis, along with two-way prospect Cooper Witten.

The offensive first-team includes quarterback Kavian Bryant of Palestine Westwood and a strong running back duo. The receiving corps is led by Jaylen Addai and Benny Easter, while Titus Hawk of Choctaw, Oklahoma, takes the tight end spot. The offensive line features Kennedy Brown, Ismael Camara, Kaeden Penny, and Brian Swanson.

On the defensive side of the ball, Brewster headlines a unit that includes Cameron Hall, Zane Rowe, and RJ Wyms along the line. Rowe, who plays for Guyer, Texas, was previously seen competing in the Under Armour All-America Game in January.
