A broadcast on NBC Sports turned alarming on Friday when co-host Michael Holley lost consciousness during a live segment. The incident occurred approximately 40 minutes into PFT Live, the daily football talk show hosted by Holley and Mike Florio.

As Florio discussed Troy Aikman’s role with the Miami Dolphins, the feed from Holley’s home studio showed the commentator beginning to sway before slumping over in his chair. The production team immediately cut to a commercial break to address the situation.

Pro Football Talk subsequently addressed the medical episode on social media, stating that Holley had become overheated in his home studio. The network confirmed that he received immediate assistance and recovered quickly. Florio later elaborated to media outlets, noting that the studio temperature was very warm and that Holley had not consumed food or water prior to the broadcast. Florio added that he was looking at the camera rather than his monitor and did not realize something was wrong until Holley slumped.
