Cannon secured the holeshot ahead of Turner and quickly established a pace that separated the pair from the rest of the field. Although Turner closed to within half a second during the opening laps, Cannon’s increased aggression allowed her to expand the gap to 1.5 seconds by the race’s midway point. Speaking after the race, Cannon noted that her performance was consistent with her practice capabilities but emphasized the importance of replicating the result in the finale.

While attempting to close a substantial deficit, the championship leader nearly crashed on Lap 5 before going down one lap later. The incident dropped her to sixth place, though she recovered one position to finish fifth. Meanwhile, Spanish rider Daniella Guillen, making her WMX debut with Wildcat Racing, capitalized on the chaos. Adjusting quickly to the competition, Guillen moved into second place with two laps remaining to secure a runner-up finish.

Further down the leaderboard, Mayla Herrick completed the podium, marking her third top-five finish in seven motos. Brady Richards achieved a season-best fourth-place result, improving on her sixth-place finish at the Budds Creek National last weekend. The battle for third in the championship standings remained tight, with Jordan Jarvis finishing sixth and Mikayla Nielsen taking seventh, while Taylah fought through a poor start to finish ninth.
