Eli Manning Fronts Toyota’s Latest NFL Push as Automaker Enters Fourth Season as League Partner
Toyota has launched a new NFL advertising campaign headlined by former New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning, marking the automaker’s fourth year as the league’s official automotive partner.
The campaign’s flagship spot, “The Game Won’t Stop,” pairs the two-time Super Bowl champion with San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy and youth NFL FLAG players. The 30-second commercial, created by agency Saatchi & Saatchi, is scheduled to premiere September 9 during NBC’s NFL Kickoff broadcast on Comcast-owned NBC airwaves, where the company’s Media segment remains a central platform for major sports programming.
The ad depicts a flag football game that continues from daylight into night, illuminated by Toyota vehicles — a metaphor the company uses to convey how the sport’s energy is passed between generations. A second 30-second spot, “Let It Shine,” featuring Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love, is set to debut September 17.
Both commercials were filmed in Los Angeles with local youth participants. Manning also took on a behind-the-scenes role, with his company Ten Till Productions serving as a production partner.
Toyota’s investment in the sport’s grassroots levels remains substantial. The automaker and its dealer network have committed nearly $4 million to NFL FLAG, a program that now reaches more than 418,000 young athletes across the country. The campaign’s consumer-facing element includes Gameday Giveaways, with prizes ranging from a new vehicle to a trip to Super Bowl LXI.
Manning’s relationship with Toyota extends well beyond this campaign. His partnership with the brand’s Greater New York dealers began in 2004, during his playing career, and he continues to serve as a national brand partner for the company.
The campaign arrives as broadcast partners continue to anchor the NFL’s commercial calendar, with kickoff-week viewership traditionally among the most valuable advertising windows of the fall. Comcast’s stock traded at $26.49 in recent sessions, down about 0.64% from its prior close of $26.66, valuing the telecom and media company at roughly $94.4 billion.
