UFC 332 video: Imanol Rodriguez teep kick causes Alden Coria scream
Imanol Rodriguez has made it clear he’s gunning for Joshua Van – and Saturday he took out one of his main training partners.
In the UFC 332 featured prelim at Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Rodriguez (8-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC) dug Alden Coria in the midsection with a brutal teep kick that ended the fight at 3:11 of Round 1.
The kick got an audible scream out of Coria (13-4 MMA, 3-1 UFC), who folded over backward and writhed in pain on the canvas.

Rodriguez, 26, is a "The Ultimate Fighter 33" cast member, who moved to California after the series ended to train with Daniel Cormier. After his win Saturday, Rodriguez heaped praise on Cormier, who was seen celebrating the result while on the broadcast. Rodriguez has finished both of his UFC fights to date, also having defeated Kevin Borjas with strikes in February.
Coria, 28, loses for the first time in the UFC and has a four-fight winning streak snapped.
