Iowa State football vs BYU, Wednesday’s availability report
Iowa State football’s second injury report for its Week 6 game vs. BYU has been released, and the Cyclones did not receive much improved news from their initial report.
While Tight end Christian Greenlaw improved to "probable," linebacker Rylan Barnes was downgraded from "questionable" to "doubtful" for the Cyclones’ Friday 9:15 p.m. CT kickoff on Friday, Oct. 9 at LaVell Edwards Stadium in Provo, Utah. The game will be available on ESPN. Safety Drew Surges, defensive end Caden Crawford and defensive tackle Ka’Mori Moore remain "OUT" for the Big 12 clash.
BYU running back LJ Martin remains "out" for Friday’s contest, with reports from ESPN’s Pete Thamel on Wednesday mentioning that the reigning Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year is expected to miss a month due to a lower-body injury.
