Mike Norvell live: FSU football coach gives final thoughts before Miami
Mike Norvell will speak with the media for the final time on Wednesday, Oct. 14, before his Florida State football team makes the trip to rival No. 3 Miami.
The Seminoles (3-3, 1-2 ACC) are in need of an upset after dropping a stunning game against Louisville, 44-20. The likelihood of an upset looks slim, however, as Miami (5-0) is one of the nation’s best programs and enters the game fresh off a bye week and a dismantling of Clemson last time out.
The Hurricanes have been relatively untested this season, and if Norvell wants to cool off the sun-like heat on him and his job security, he’s going to need to pull off something miraculous. That starts in practice, which Norvell will recap with the media during his press conference at 11:30 a.m.
