Internet Invitational Kicks Off With $4 Million On The Line
The Barstool/Foreplay/Bob Does Sports Internet Invitational teed aired Monday October 26th at Big Cedar Lodge in Hollister, MO with a host of notable golf content creators participating.

The second iteration of the Internet Invitational teed off Tuesday, October 26, at Big Cedar Lodge in Hollister, Missouri, with $4 million in prize money going to the winning team of three.
Sixty-four of the top golf content creators were selected by the “Bob Does Sports” and “Barstool” organizations. The first episode began by selecting four captains, who then split the remaining players into four teams. The captains included Wesley Bryan, Brad Dalke, Ryan Ruffels, and Peter Finch.
Team Blue (Peter Finch) squared off against Team White (Ryan Ruffels) in a 2-v-2 scramble match-play format on the front nine at Ozarks National at Big Cedar Lodge Resort. The Fore Play and Barstool team of Frankie Borelli and Francis Ellis showed grit and a hot putter, pushing the odds-on favorites, Good Good’s Tom “Bubbie” Broders and Marrisa Wenzler, to the final hole.
“Francis, I just got the chills, dude,” Borellie said to his playing partner after a clutch shot on the final hole, according to YouTube. “You won the Internet Invitational before. You are the guy.”
The match finished all square, splitting the points in the closest match of the day and giving Team Blue (Finch) a decisive lead, 5½ to 3½, heading into the afternoon’s matches.
Team Green (Wesley Bryan) faced Team Red (Brad Dalke) in the second afternoon match. With every group on the course, the leaderboard was nearly all green, with Bryan’s team leading in six of seven matches.
The highlight of the round came on the fifth hole, where Team Green’s Sam and Claire drained a 60-foot putt for eagle to beat the birdie from Team Red’s Mason and Hailey.
“Wow, what a putt,” Bigcat said of Sam’s putt on YouTube. “What a putt, and he doesn’t even care. He is just like, whatever.”
At the end of the first nine holes of competition, Team Green (Bryan) held a 6–2 lead over Team Red (Dalke). The teams will regroup to play the back nine in the next episode of the Internet Invitational.
