The NFL trade deadline is now just one week away, and the New Orleans Saints, sitting at 2-5, have been the subject of several trade rumors. With the November 10 deadline quickly approaching, New Orleans must decide whether to make moves to improve its roster or part ways with valuable players in exchange for future draft capital.

Coming off their bye week, the Saints find themselves in a very interesting position. Despite their disappointing start to the season, they remain just one game out of first place in the NFC South. However, with several areas of concern on both sides of the ball, the organization must determine whether making a playoff push is worth sacrificing assets that could help build for the future.

Several players have emerged as potential trade candidates, including RB Kendre Miller, OL Cesar Ruiz and safety Justin Reid. While moving any of these players could provide the Saints with additional draft capital, the team would also risk losing valuable experience and depth.
