A return to the College Football Playoff is hard to envision for Texas A&M.
However, the Aggies can still get to a bowl game but will need to win two of their four remaining games to do so. That stretch starts Saturday afternoon, when A&M (4-4, 1-4 SEC) visits No. 21 South Carolina (5-3. 3-3).
The Aggies were off last week following a loss at Alabama that saw A&M cough up a fourth-quarter lead. South Carolina, meanwhile, has won three straight, including a blowout of Oklahoma on the road last weekend.
Texas A&M has won 10 of the 12 all-time matchups, including a memorable 31-30 win last season in College Station in which the Aggies overcame a 30-3 halftime deficit.
